Phone calls worked from a Three contract SIM on 2011-12-12
2012-06-19, it's been reported and confirmed on staff phones that Three are not including our number block in their normal tariff allowances, and an announcement is played saying the call will be charged for. ie, theythe call will be charged for calls, rather than the call being included in 'free minutes'. We have no direct contract or channels of communication with Three on this, but we see no reason for them to do so. We suggest that Three customers raise a complaint with Three regarding this.
