The block was allocated to us in July 2011 (http://s.aa.net.uk/1033). Customers are able to order numbers but not all telephone operators are routing the calls yet.
Some (mobile) operators may play a message before connecting a call to one of our 07 numbers that the number may be charged or is a premium number number... There is not much we can do about this, as the message is coming from the telephone operator the number is being called from. We can provide other numbers,

Phone calls worked from a Three contract SIM on 2011-12-12
2012-06-19, it's been reported and confirmed on staff phones that Three are not including our number block in their normal tariff allowances, and an announcement is played saying the call will be charged for.
