How can I send email from outside the AAISP network? eg from a mobile phone, or from a computer that is using a different ISP to connect to the internet

==Answer:==

You will need to use 'Authentication' and encryption (STARTTLS)- this means that when your device sends email it will also send a username and password to our servers, and they will then allow you to send email.

*Go to the Sending email settings on your email program or device and set it to use 'Authentication'
*Ensure you have STARTTLS or TLS enabled (on Apple devices, this is sometimes called SSL)
*Use the same (IMAP or POP3) username and password as you do to collect email from us.
