By default, the router will hard coded with the Andrews & Arnold TR069 server and default ppp login details. These are set to enable the router to be configured automatically when new or when reset. These will remain even after a factory reset. 

To remove the Andrews & Arnold settings:
#Log in to the router with username engineer
#Go to the page /isp.ip 
#Here you can delete the settings and also add new ones if needed.
