By default, the router will hard coded with the Andrews & Arnold TR069 server and default ppp login details. These are set to enable the router to be configured automatically when new or when reset. These will remain even after a factory reset.

By default, the router will hard coded with the Andrews & Arnold TR069 server and default ppp login details. These are set to enable the router to be configured automatically when new or when reset. These will remain even after a factory reset.

To remove the Andrews & Arnold settings:

  1. Log in to the router with username engineer and password as per the 'Access Key' as printed on the Technicolor sticker on the base
  2. Go to the page /isp.ip
  3. Here you can delete the settings and also add new ones if needed.
