Accessing This Feature

Access is via the Control Pages as follows:

Log in to the Control Pages with your xxx@a login
Click on the ICCID (if you have previously set a 'name' for the SIM, then this will be show too.

Status

A SIM can be activated and deactivated at will. Each action takes about 30 minutes to complete. The current status of the SIM will be show, examples are:

ACTIVATED
PENDING
SUSPENDED

Name

The name of the subscriber using this SIM

Usage Warn

We'll email once this is reached during a billing period

Graph

A graph is shown which shows the usage of the SIM. These graphs differ from our usual CQM graphs in the following ways:

Only Usage (upload and download) is shown
The Latency recorded is not latency to the SIM, but latency to the carrier
The graph will carry on for about an hour after the device has turned off - this is because we are not told by the carrier that the SIM has disconnected until it times-out after an hour.
