KCI (Keep Customer Informed) is one of those horrid BT acronyms, and from April 2017 we are making a new KCI system!

We send emails and text messages to customers about many and various things regarding the status of their service, e.g.:

  • Order status tracking
  • Engineer appointment times
  • Broadband up/down messages
  • Fault tracking
  • and so on

A new system

Starting April 2017 we will be working through the systems moving everything to a new system which will better tie the various ways we notify customers in to a single system.

From the customer point of view our notification should look very similar. As time goes on we will be adding more features. This will be described on this page.
