We make many changes on our network to improve its operation, and this is one of them. We have carefully tested connections on TalkTalk and compared them to BT Wholesale lines and they perform as well if not better. There are many advantages in using TalkTalk Wholesale over BT Wholesale's 20CN Network. Customers have been given the option to not move.
==Can I change back if it breaks?==▼
We don't expect any problems with migrating customers to TalkTalk Wholesale, but as usual we will treat this on a case by case basis. Do contact us.▼
If your exchange gets upgraded to BTs 21CN or FTTC in the future, then you are welcome to move services again.▼

==I have the 'Premium' Option, what happens on TT?==
Customers with Premium will have Annex M enabled for faster upload speeds when on TalkTalk Wholesale. The actual speed will vary depending on the line quality and length, but can be up to 2.5Mb/s. Non Annex M will be around 1Mb/s (Annex A).
