You should set location data on the control pages for your number. This data is passed on to BT and made available to the emergency services when you call them. There is more information about this on our main website, but this page will explain how to set it up.

Accessing This Feature

Access is via the Control Pages as follows:

  1. Log in to the Control Pages with your xxx@a login
  2. Click on the VoIP Number you want to configure
  3. At the bottom of the page will be information and a form to enter in the address
