Normally a SIP phone will ask for a server, username and password. These are usually called different things on different phones, but generally all you need to know the server address (voiceless.aa.net.uk), use your phone number as the username and then use the password that has been set on the Control Pages for that number.

These are usually called different things on different phones, but generally all you need to know the server address (voiceless.aa.net.uk), use your phone number as the username and then use the password that has been set on the Control Pages for that number.

Generic VoIP Client Settings

Proxy: Leave blank
Domain: voiceless.aa.net.uk

Account Name/Username/Auth Name Your Number, e.g. +441234567890
Password Your SIP Password
CODEC G.711a


If you have to enter something that looks like an email address, or has sip: at the front it probably needs your number, an @, and then your server, e.g. +441234567890@voiceless.aa.net.uk
