Go to the VoIP Category

Normally a SIP phone will ask for a server, username and password. These are usually called different things on different phones, but generally all you need to know the server address (voiceless.aa.net.uk), use your phone number as the username and then use the password that has been set on the Control Pages for that number.

  • We may have more specific configuration help if your phone is listed on the VoIP Phones page.
