Normally a SIP phone will ask for a server, username and password in order to authenticate the phone to the server. These are usually called different things on different phones, but generally all you need to know the server address (voiceless.aa.net.uk), use your phone number in International format as the username and then use the password that has been set on the Control Pages for that number.

*We may have more specific configuration help if your phone is listed on the [[:Category:VoIP Phones|VoIP Phones]] page.

If you have to enter something that looks like an email address, or has sip: at the front it probably needs your number, an @, and then your server, e.g. +441234567890@voiceless.aa.net.uk
