Here are some notes from our experience of the BT supplied Homegub router.

A BT HomeHub has a built in VoIP Client that works as a DECT base station. This has been known to work with the AA VoIP Service.

FIREWALL icmp check (1 of 2): Protocol: ICMP Src ip: 81.187.30.111 Dst ip: 192.168.1.254 Type: Destination Unreachable Code: Port Unreacheable
This was a setup, where the HomeHub was inside the network being NATed by another ADSL router. In this case, the HomeHub was only acting as a wifi access point and phone.

==Homehub 5, disable SIP ALG==

#Enter your admin password (unless this has been changed, the default admin password can be found on the bottom of the Business Hub 5 or on the plastic pull out on its back).
#Click ‘Continue to Advanced Settings’
#Click ‘Firewall’ then ‘Configuration’ and scroll down to ‘Application Layer Gateway’
#Click Yes next to ‘Disable SIP ALG’ and click ‘Apply’
