We operate multiple LNSs connected to multiple links in to carriers. This is partly for redundancy (if one of the LNSs or links break) and partly for load (to handle over a gigabit, the size of each link).
 
From early 2012 we havehad four main LNSs handling all traffic from BT and TT, butin thisApril will2016 bethis was expanded asto seven LNSs in necessarytotal.
 
Normally we haverun threewith n-1 live LNSs operatingand together,so withthis leaves one as a backup in case of failure.
