The voicemail system can play a pre-recorded message and then hang up the call. In this case, no recording will be emailed to you. This can be useful for announcements and where you want to give a message but don't want the caller to be able to leave a message for you.
!!Examples of how you may use this:
*As a pre-recorded status announcement
**"We are not aware of any service affecting issues" -you'll then record a new message when you do have an issue.
