KCI (Keep Customer Informed) is one of those horrid BT acronyms, and from April 2017 we are making a new KCI system!
We send emails and text messages to customers about many and various things regarding the status of their service, eg:
*Order status tracking
*Engineer appointment times
*Broadbane up/down messages
*Fault tracking
*and so on
=A new system=
Starting April 2017 we will be working through the systems moving everything
to a new system which will better tie the various ways we notify customers in to a single system.
