We support UTF-8 coding of the full GSM 7 bit character set (including £$¥èéùìòÇØøÅåΔ_ΦΓΛΩΠΨΣΘΞÆæÉÄÖÑÜ§äöñüà€¡¿) and from UCS16 messages and UTF-16 surrogates.
