Rus some pings to our PPP endpoint - 81.187.81.187, run at least 100, and either send look for loss in the final statistics, eg:
ping -c 100 8.8.8.8
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=100 ttl=49 time=11.6 ms

For other Customers, please use our speedtester [http://speedtest2.aa.net.uk speedtest2.aa.net.uk] and let us know the results.
-Bear in mind that online speed testers are not always 100% accurate, and should be used with a bit of caution. Also, run the speed tested on a wired connection rather than wifi, and without any other traffic happening on the line.

If your service is slow due to huge amounts of other traffic then do a Traffic Dump from the control pages to see what the traffic is.
