*2015-07-10 Received a detailed report from a customer with further information
*2015-07-13 We suspect that this may be a configuration issue, we are asking affected customers to contact us and share their config files so we can analyse them
*2015-07-13 It may only be affecting customers who make further changes to the configuration after our own config file has been sent. Yet to be confirmed though
