KCI (Keep Customer Informed) is one of those horrid BT acronyms, and from April 2017 we are making a new KCI system! |

We send emails and text messages to customers about many and various things regarding the status of their service, eg: |

*Order status tracking |
|||
*Engineer appointment times |
|||
*Broadbane up/down messages |
|||
*Fault tracking |
|||
*and so on |

Starting April 2017 we will be working through the systems moving everything |

to a new system which will better tie the various ways we notify customers in to a single system. |
