X-Lite is a free software SIP client for Windows and Apple OSX from http://www.counterpath.com/x-lite.html

4.5.2 (OSX)	IPv6 half Works (no incoming audio)

Note: IPv6 seems to give 1-way audio, and forcing the application to use IPv4 works ok.

Counterpath X-Lite Settings
Setting	Value
Account name	Whatever you like
User ID	Your Number
Domain	voiceless.aa.net.uk
Password	Your Password
Register with domain and receive calls	Ticked
Other Settings	As default
