# Upload the index.http to your website
## when you FTP you want to add the file to the 'root' as well as the 'www' folder - this will then make sure that the redirect will be used whether you go to your domain with or without the www prefix.
## The easiest way to do this is to FTP using the username www.yourdomain and then repeat the upload with the username
