20M is 20 minutes.
You can just enter 3600, and it will convert it to PH1HPT1H (as in a number on it's own will mean seconds).
 
Modify the ntp time server to use the AAISP time server:
AA-Andrew
autoreview, Bureaucrats, editor, Interface administrators, reviewer, Administrators
