Operator Name

AAISP are able to set the Operator name/Carrier name, email in to support. Some characters will not work, eg

Stick to a-Z and .

Notes:

• Android, at least, will discard the operator name table if the SIM is restarted or changes operator profile, which may affect our roaming SIMs
• Some phones ignore the operator name tables in the SIM and use their own built in tables, so we can't change that (iPhone)
