Andrews & Arnold have an allocated 07 number block (074411xxxxx) but we are not assigning these numbers to customers due to the problems outlined below.
 
Instead we allocate 07 numbers to customers from our suppliers' pools.
 
The details below are fairly moot now, as we're not assigning numbers from our own number block.
