This information is in relation to our Etherway/Etherflow services.

==IP settings==

PPP or PPPoE is not used on Ethernet services. Instead a direct IP interlink subnet between A&A routers and the customer's router.

The Ethernet link provides a connection between your network and ours, and we connect your network to the internet. To achieve this we provide IP addresses on the link. A block of IP addresses is used specifically to link between us, and then additional addresses are provided as needed for your network.

==DSL Fallback==
Customers with an Ethernet circuit can also have one or more DSL circuits, and the IP block(s) can be configured to fall back to DSL in the case of the Ethernet going down.

As well as using ADSL or FTTC circuits for Fallback, it can also be done by using one of our 3G or 4G data SIMs, or our L2TP service.

Usually this can be setup by staff.
