KCI (Keep Customer Informed) is one of those horrid BT acronyms, and from April 2017 we are making a new KCI system!
 
*Order status tracking
*Engineer appointment times
*BroadbaneBroadband up/down messages
*Fault tracking
*and so on
to a new system which will better tie the various ways we notify customers in to a single system.
 
From the customer point of view our notification should look very similar. As time goes on we will be adding more features. This will be described on this page.
