The new order process will ask for your Twitter ID.
Also, on Clueless, clicking on your ADSL login (e.g. abc@a) you then have a box to enter/edit your twitter ID, and will also have options for how we contact you via twitter (as well as email and SMS)

If we have a mobile number and a Twitter ID, we'll use Twitter to send a message rather than sending a SMS.
