2015-06-16 Disabling the DOS protection fixes this - it seems the router thinks it's being DOSd. We're still investigating this, for now we'll disable the DOS prevention setting in our configs

Disable DoS protection as a work-around. ''Except one customer is still seeing this problem having disabled DoS Protection - it seems bad when the router has recently started, after several hours uptime the problem appears to go away.
