Try turning off '[http://wiki.snom.com/wiki/index.php/Settings/prioritise_pbx_number_lookup prioritise pbx number lookup]' - This setting is found on the Snom web pages under Advanced - Behaviour. This setting means the phone will use the Name in the Directory rather than the Name given in the SIP messages when the call is sent to the phone.
