This information is in relation to our Etherway/Etherflow services.

Low MTU fault?

We've had a strange fault where only packets less than 200 bytes were being passed through a Etherflow service.

After rebooting the ADVA unit, and trying a second router, it turned in to loss of service.

The 'Major' LED was lit on the ADVA unit.

BT replaced the line card (at the exchange end), and service was restored.
