#Set it to always to go voicemail
#Fill in some of the Also-rings to go to the DDI of the various targets you want (in +44 format)
#Enter a 'fail' number, as this will be used as the default number to call if no digits are keyed by the caller. This box MUST be filled in for the push button options to work. If this box is left blank the recording will continue to play and button presses will be ignored.
#Register a phone to the 'Main' number, dial 1571 and record your 'Please press 1 for Sales, 2 for support...' message

This then works as follows, once the caller has called in and has been answered with the voicemail message, the usercaller can keypress a digit. Ifcorresponding thereto is anthe "also ring" number set up for the corresponding digit thenentries; the call is put through to that destination number as a divert.
 
If there isWhen a fail number set up <u>as well as</u> some "also ring" numbers then the fail number is used as a default desitnation if no digits are keyed. - this then works as a greeting before a call is put through to phonespressed.
 
IfWhen therea fail number is afilled failin <u>and no</u> "also ring" are used then the fail number is usedcalled immediately after the announcement.
