VoIP - Anonymous Call Reject

ACR

Anonymous Call Reject - callers who withheld their number will be rejected. This is set on the control pages per number.

Your custom message advising callers that anonymous calls are rejected might usefully include how to redial without withholding the number by prefixing the dialled number with a code - often 1470 for UK landlines and *31# for mobiles.

As an alternative method of handling anonymous calls, if you have voicemail enabled then you could set Anonymous Call Reject on the local equipment (if supported). This would send all anonymous calls straight to voicemail - so anonymous callers can leave a message. Your custom message might usefully mention this.
