Here are notes that we've gathered from feedback with customers using SIP2SIM to register against other VoIP providers.
AAISP
Works, as you would expect!
Asterisk
Works, see the Asterisk sip2sim page
Voipfone
Possibly problem, they may not be liking our compact SIP headers. We have since added an option to send 'long headers', this is set under:
Config-> Edit -> VoIP -> Edit-> Show All-> long-headers=true
or in the XML edit add
long-headers="true"
to the <voip... > section
