Support Hours

As of April 2016, general support hours are 8-6 Monday through to Friday and 10-3 Saturday. Staff can be contacted via phone, email, IRC, SMS...

Some staff do keep an (unofficial) eye on things out of hours and you may be able to get hold of someone in the following ways:

Major Outages (MSO)

If you think there is a major service outage and staff should be informed, then please see MSO page on the main AAISP web site which explains how you can wake up staff. (They may already be awake, aware and fixing issues :-) )
