Unfortunately, the block of numbers you are referring to aren't available to use on a giffgaff SIM as O2 have not added them to their network yet: https://support.aa.net.uk/07_Availability (Just copy and paste the link into your browser). |

I fully appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but I'm afraid this is something which is out of our control for the time being. According to A&A, they are aware of this issue but there is currently no ETA for a fix on this. |

If it is important that you call these numbers, I'm afraid I would have to recommend using a landline or another non-O2 mobile. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. |
