There is control over what calls can be made based on the cost.
This can be set for national and international calls separately.
- National outgoing calls can have a price limit (default = 20p/min)
- International outgoing calls can have a price limit (default = 2p/min)
- International calls can be disabled (setting price limit to 'Free')
- National calls can be disabled (setting price limit to 'Free')
Accessing This Feature
Access is via the Control Pages as follows:
- Log in to the Control Pages with your xxx@a login
- Click on the Number you want to configure
- Click on the 'Outgoing' tab
- Change the settings in the 'Access' are.
- Note: Customers can reduce the limits, but contact Sales staff to increase.
