VoIP Call Rate Limits: Difference between revisions

There is control over what calls can be made based on the cost per minute of the call. This can be set for national and international calls separately.

National outgoing calls can have a price limit (default = 20p/min)
International outgoing calls can have a price limit (default = 2p/min)
International calls can be disabled (setting price limit to 'Free')
National calls can be disabled (setting price limit to 'Free')

Accessing This Feature

Access is via the Control Pages as follows:

Log in to the Control Pages with your xxx@a login
Click on the Number you want to configure
Click on the 'Outgoing' tab
Change the settings in the 'Access' are.
Note: Customers can reduce the limits, but contact Sales staff to increase.
