Information

KBD is a tool provided by BT, results can vary, but BT require us to run a KBD before reporting a fault.

It can be useful in identifying faults, but often it will say no fault found even when there is.

It can detect if there is a phone line fault and may suggest reporting it to 'OR' (Openreach). In this case, report the fault to the phone line provider.
