By default, the router will hard coded with the Andrews & Arnold TR069 server and default ppp login details. These are set to enable the router to be configured automatically when new or when reset. These will remain even after a factory reset. |

By default, the router will hard coded with the Andrews & Arnold TR069 server and default ppp login details. These are set to enable the router to be configured automatically when new or when reset. These will remain even after a factory reset.
To remove the Andrews & Arnold settings:
- Log in to the router with username engineer and password as per the 'Access Key' as printed on the Technicolor sticker on the base
- Go to the page /isp.ip
- Here you can delete the settings and also add new ones if needed.
