What is it?
If you have a VoIP number with us, you are able to redirect it to up to 10 other numbers.
How To: Redirect to another number
- Click on the line you want to view
- Log in to the Control Pages with your xxx@a login
- Click on the phone number.
- Click the Incoming Tab
- Scroll down to 'Also Ring'
- Add the number to one of the 10 boxes there (Note: You can add up to 10 numbers if you wish)
- Click the Save button at the top

Additional Notes
- The cost of thew redirection is the cost we'd normally charge to call that number. To see the cost of calling the number put the number in to the 'Call Cost Check' box on this page: aa.net.uk/telecoms-prices.html
