Posts and updates from our status page are posted to Twitter in realtime.
System Updates via Twitter
We are looking in to sending Direct Messages to customer via twitter regarding things such as order progress and line faults and up/down messages.
Adding your Twitter ID
On Clueless, clicking on your ADSL login (eg abc@a) you then have a box to enter/edit your twitter ID, and will also have options for how we contact you via twitter (as well as email and SMS)
Contacting AAISP via Twitter
You can contact us via twitter - it's not often the easiest way to get in touch - but we do have staff who look out for messages during office hours.
