Disable SIP ALG

Disabling an ALG on your router may well help with any VoIP problems. Here are some notes on various routers that we've come across.

Billion 7800

  1. Click on ADVANCED --->CLICK CONFIGURATION
  2. Click on VIRTUAL SERVER
  3. Click on ALG
  4. Click on -DISABLE ->>CLICK ON APPLY ->>> CLICK ON SAVE CONFIG
