You'll need to ensure that the Outgoing Mail Server settings is set to use Authentication.
Go to:
*Settings
***Pick your mail account
****Go down to Outgoing Mail Server, and tap it
*Host Name: smtp.aaisp.net.uk
*Authentication: Password
*Server port: 25 or 587
