Usually a Phone line fault is black and white, and generally you have a problem with:

    1. Do you have dial tone?
  2. Dial calling 17070, and listen to the recorded message which will read your number
    1. Is this the correct number?

You can also run some tests from the Control Pages: PSTN_Diagnostics If you have a fault then please do contact Support.
