The tests to run when looking at a slow ADSL line are: [[Copper_Line_Tests]] Will test the phone line for faults▼ [[Status_Tests]] Will show sync speed as well as if the line is below the Fault Threshold▼ [[Slow ADSL CQM\|CQM Graphs]] From the previous step... ▲[[~~Copper_Line_Tests~~Copper Line Tests]] ~~Will~~will test the phone line for faults, and may report a fault is found. ▲[[~~Status_Tests~~Status Tests]] ~~Will~~will show sync speed as well as if the line is below the Fault Threshold. [[BT ADSL Line Profiles\|SNR Reset]] If you have recently had some sort of fault fixed, then the profile (BT lines) may need to be reset. This can be done via the control pages.
