*[[Copper Line Tests]] will test the phone line for faults, and may report a fault is found.
*[[Status Tests]] will show sync speed as well as if the line is below the Fault Threshold.
*[[http://wiki.aa.org.uk/BT_ADSL_Line_ProfilesBT ADSL Line Profiles|SNR Reset]] If you have recently had some sort of fault fixed, then the profile (BT lines) may need to be reset. This can be done via the control pages.
