Dropping ADSL Diagnostics

We have various diagnostic tools available to help with a dropping line:

  • Copper Line Tests will test the phone line for faults, and may report a fault is found.
  • KBD A BT question/answer based system which will run various tests and will report back any suggestions.
  • Automatic Line Testing We can run a Status test every time the line drops and reconnect. This can help determine if the line is dropping sync or dropping PPP
