Under "Telephony -> Telephone Numbers" you will need an entry for A&A, which should look like:
Status Telephone Number Provider Preselection
(green dot) 01268xxxxxx voiceless.aa.net.uk* *123#
I obscured our phone number, under "Status" you should see a green dot if successfully registered, the *123# is put in there by the Fritzbox, no need to set that up yourself.
Under Account Information
* Use internet telephone number checked
* Telephony provider Other provider
Telephone number for registration
* Internal telephone number in the FRITZ!Box** not really important, I have 01268xxxxx
* Display name (leave blank)
Under Account Information
*Username, Authentication name, Password as supplied by A&A
*Registrar voiceless.aa.net.uk
*Proxy server (leave blank)
*STUN server (leave blank)

* Precede the number dialed with these prefix numerals:
* Country code select "With prefix (0044)"
* Area code select "Without prefix (1268)
Relay outgoing emergency calls without prefixes checked
Relay special rate numbers without prefixes checked
