There are 2 ways to change your Mailbox Password:


Email passwords are encrypted and cannot be seen by staff. If you have lost your password you will need to change it on our control pages. Here's how:


==1) Log in with your current email credentials==
You can log in to Clueless with your email address and current mailbox password via [http://aa.net.uk/login-clueless.html this page]. eg:

#(This page will allow you to add new mailboxes and also edit existing ones)
#Click on the Mailbox (email address) of the account you wish to change
#Enter in a new password, and optionally a reminder
#Click OK
#You can now use this new password to access your email

==2) Log in with your ADSL credentials==
You can log in Clueless (via [http://aa.net.uk/login-clueless.html this page]) with you main '@a' login, and edit the Mailbox under the Email Settings link. eg:

Accessing This Feature

Access is via the Control Pages as follows:

  1. Log in to the Control Pages with your xxx@a login
  2. Click on the 'Email: Setup' link to the right of your domain
  3. (This page will allow you to add new mailboxes and also edit existing ones)
  4. Click on the Mailbox (email address) of the account you wish to change
  5. Enter in a new password, and optionally a reminder
  6. Click OK
  7. You can now use this new password to access your email
